I reviewed statutes, case law, and scholarly literature to identify gaps and challenges affecting youth participation in governance. I also analyzed comparative frameworks from other jurisdictions to draw lessons applicable to Kenya. Finally, I developed practical recommendations aimed at strengthening youth involvement in legislative processes and promoting inclusive governance.
